Today at 10 am, we were asked to be back in the lecture tent. After some pleasantries we got some pieces of advice on how to survive this camp as well as some ideas of what to expect from each week.
After a small break we gathered again to finally meet Bikram Choudhury himself. He welcomed us all and gave us a run down of his expectations towards us and what we can expect in return if we give him 110%.At some point he compared the TT as follows: This is Bikram's Haunted House: no windows, no doors and NO way out!! I have to say that I do like his humor!!
